HayDen W. Kane II was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Kane graduated from the University of Colorado and obtained his Juris Doctor from Creighton School of Law in 1992. Mr. Kane has trial experience in both district and county courts.

His practice has focused upon civil litigation, primarily in premises liability, liquor liability, insurance law and family law. Mr. Kane also has a criminal practice, defending clients against charges ranging from petty offenses and traffic matters to felonies.

Recently, Mr. Kane was appointed to the Municipal Court Bench to serve the citizens of Colorado Springs on a part time basis. He is a member of the El Paso County and Colorado Bar Associations and is presently serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.

Mark H. Kane was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado and received his Juris Doctor in 1981 from Whittier College of Law. Mr. Kane was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1981 and has been practicing insurance defense law since that time.

Mr. Kane has extensive jury trial and verdict experience, primarily in personal injury and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Kane also practices in the areas of construction litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, automobile liability and declaratory actions, particularly focusing upon insurance coverage.
